Walter Vengesai is Padare's National Director who possesses vast experience in communication for development and gender programming . He is passionate about working with Men and Boys to End Male Violence on Women and subscribes to the vision of a society that is free from gender stereotypes and violence. He has experience in the areas of social justice, gender and women’s rights, project implementation and research. Walter is a holder of a Masters and Honours Degree in Media and Society Studies from the Midlands State University and a Diploma in Sexual, Reproductive Health and Rights from Lund University in Sweden
Rumbidzai Amin is Padare’s Finance and Administration Manager. An Accountant by profession, she is responsible for Financial Management, Cashflow Management, Budgeting and Human Resource Management. Rumbidzai is a qualified accountant.
Tafadzwa Edson Pasi is Padare’s Finance Officer responsible for contract compliance support to the organisation’s operational and programme staff. Tafadzwa holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Accountancy from Chinhoyi University of Technology and is also studying towards ACCA qualifications.
Munyaradzi Nhengo is a Programmes Officer responsible for Gender and Health programmes that are mainly targeted at boys and men. Munyaradzi holds an Honours Degree in Business Management from the Midlands State University and a Masters in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance.
Ziphongezipho Ndebele is a Programmes Officer responsible for Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights for young people and male involvement in the Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV. Zipho holds a Diploma in Development Studies from Lupane State University and is currently studying for an Honours Degree in the same field.
Christy Tinashe Nhete is the Executive Assistant to the National Director responsible for a variety of coordinative and administrative support functions. A holder of a Bsc Honours Degree in Psychology from the Women’s University in Africa, Christy envisions a Zimbabwe where women and girls have a say in cultural and socio-economic issues that affect them.
Paul Vingi is the organisation’s Transport and Logistics officer. Paul is a gender activist responsible for office logistics.
Master Makuve is the organisation’scaretaker in charge of the offices and the grounds. Master enjoys working with men and boys in challenging gender inequalities
Simbarashe Deremeti is a graduate intern responsible for Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights for young men and male involvement in the Prevention of violence between non- married partners in and out of schools, tertiary institutions. He supports efforts for zero tolerance to Gender Based Violence in Zimbabwe. He holds an honours Degree in Psychology (Midlands State University).
Jonathan M. Chindevere is gender and faith programs officer and also a counsellor.
